Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, checking in, or accessing any portal within Workspace by Aells, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to:

• Workspace by Aells: Business Operating System for CRM, quotations, inventory, people operations, finance, projects, tasks, portals, and company-controlled workflows.
• Aells: The parent agency coordinating accounts, subscriptions, and Meta marketing campaigns.
• Aells Studio Productions: Creative asset coordination, digital media edits, and branding solutions.

2. User Account Obligations & Security

Access to Workspace by Aells is controlled using configured authentication services. A separate optional Google OAuth connection is used for Google Drive and Sheets features.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining credentials security.
• Sharing employee login credentials with non-organization members is strictly prohibited.
• All sessions are monitored under the platform's automatic session lock policy for data compliance.

3. Operations Conduct: Attendance & Daily Updates

Workspace by Aells maintains company-authorized operational records used for payroll and evaluations. Users are required to:

• Log daily check-ins and check-outs accurately. Falsification of attendance details is grounds for immediate access termination.
• Submit daily work updates truthfully, outlining actual accomplishments, completed tasks, and pending deliverables.
• Understand that late submissions (after 6:30 PM cutoff) require approved overtime request status inside the system.

4. Custom Features & Service Feasibility

Organizations requesting custom database rules, specific overtime configurations, or distinct branding adjustments (via team@aells.co or WhatsApp support) must understand that customization deployment is subject to technical feasibility as determined by the Aells engineering team.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Aells retains all rights, titles, and interest in the proprietary code, design assets, database structures, and algorithms powering Workspace by Aells. Creative media and branding outputs generated specifically for clients via Aells Studio Productions are subject to individual project agreements.

6. Google Drive & Sheets Integration

A company may optionally connect an authorized Google account for Drive-backed CRM and quotation workflows. The company is responsible for choosing the connected account, managing Drive sharing settings, and ensuring that authorized users have permission to process the relevant business records.

Disconnecting or revoking Google access can stop Drive-dependent operations until the company reconnects. Company-owned files already created in Google Drive remain under the connected account owner's control and are not automatically deleted when the integration is disconnected.
