Direct answer
Workspace separates company authority, delegated administration, employee self-service, and client collaboration into role-aware panels. Access still depends on company membership and permissions rather than the URL alone.
Company panel
The company panel represents organizational control. It is the place for company-owned configuration, team access, role decisions, and workflows that require company authority.
Admin panel
An administrator, partner, or director can be a working company member with delegated access. The admin panel supports elevated operational responsibilities without assuming that every administrator has every company permission.
Because an administrator can also receive salary or perform daily work, personal leave, attendance, overtime, and expense workflows may still follow company policy.
Employee and client panels
The employee and client experiences serve different relationships with the company.
- Employees access their assigned work and personal operational workflows.
- Clients access the projects, quotations, invoices, approvals, calendar items, or feedback made available to them.
- Neither panel should expose company-wide data simply because a route exists.
- Server-side membership and permission checks remain necessary for every sensitive action.
Key facts
- Company authority and delegated administrator access are not identical.
- Administrators can also participate in employee-style workflows.
- Client access is scoped to the company's client relationship and permitted records.
